Mahima is a venue where all Malayali Hindus can come, participate and mingle with each other. Most of our members are also members of other organizations. We consider this multiple membership aspect a good thing because multiple membership means representation and cooperation with other organizations.

We are a children based organization. All our activities are centered around children. They are our next generation. They are our future. Whether these children will carry Hinduism forward into the next generation or not depends on us – the adults. If we provide them with religious values and correct religious education, they will grow up as true Hindus. If we do not give them true religious education, they will not have any idea what Hindu religion is all about. They will be brainwashed by the anti Hindu propaganda that you can find all around and in the media. They will be afraid or ashamed to call themselves Hindus and eventually they will convert to other religions.

We are also a service-oriented organization. We want to serve our community in whatever way we can. Service is our motto. Be part of us. Please feel free to join us in our endeavor to bring unity to our community and serve our people.
